Preparing, editing and updating your company profile

Your company profile, with all important data such as company name, logo, contact person, locations, uploaded certificates, documents, links to your website or your IntegrityNext Profile and/or EcoVadis scorecard (if applicable) and the Maturity Assessment results will be displayed as soon as you log in to the VERSO sustainabill platform.


Alternatively, you can always get there from other areas of the platform by clicking on "Company profile" at the top of the main menu bar.



I. How to add facilities, certificates, and documents

 

  • By clicking on "+Add" next to the section names in your company profile page, you can add: 


a. Facilities


b. Certificates and audits


c. Documents  



a. Add facilities: 


  • After clicking on "+Add", a new window opens where you can fill in all required information and click on "Create"


  • Alternatively, you can go to "Suppliers" >> "Facilities" and click on "New" to add a facility. 



b. Add certificates or audit reports:

c. Add documents:


  • After clicking on "+Add", a new window opens where you can fill in all required information and click on "Submit".

 


II. To edit your company details


  • Click on "Edit" on the right-hand side of your company profile. 



  • In the next step, you can add your logo, website name and a link to your IntegrityNext Profile (if you have one) and you can update other information that you filled in during the registration process such as the location, company business activities etc.

III. To edit the details of a specific facility

 

a. Your headquarters: Click on the company name next to your logo or under "Facilities" 


b. Other facilities of your company: Click on the respective name under "Facilities". 


  • In the next window, you can edit your facility details. 


  • Fill in the required information and click "Save"



  • Within the details of your facility, you can add or edit the carbon footprint information of your facility by clicking on "Edit" under "Carbon footprint".



  • Fill in the required information and click "Save"



  • Next to the "Details" section of your facility, you can also: 


a. Edit the location of your facility.


b. Add and edit products from your facility.


c. Add and edit certificates.
