The following data is available in the platform for the evaluation of "appropriateness" in accordance with the LkSG:
- The nature and extent of the company’s
business activities
- Country and sector risks
- Number of employees
- Level of influence
- Your PO-Spend for the supplier / suppliers' overall turnover
- Tier in the supply chain
- Severity and probability of the occurrence
of a violation of a human rights or environment related obligation
- Number of employees (severity: number of affected people)
- Maturity Assessment Score and/or risk score in the respective risk category (probability)
