TABLE OF CONTENTS

You can assign tags to your suppliers which can be viewed by all users of your company profile and are only visible to them, but not to your suppliers.

I. What are tags?

Tags are used, for example, to classify suppliers in groups, or to assign specific labels.

1. In all list views and some Insights Dashboards, it is possible to filter according to the tags.

2. The assigned tags are displayed in the list views and the Due Diligence Dashboard.

II. How do I assign tags?

a) Assign tags in the invitation process

You can assign tags to your suppliers directly when inviting them. The assigned tags are automatically transferred to the suppliers, once they complete your connection request. This is useful, for example, if you want to differentiate and manage your suppliers in different batches.

How tags can be assigned during the invitation process, is explained in section "IV. Add tags" in the article How do I send a connection request?

b) To assign tags to open connection requests

1. Go to "Requests" in the main menu

2. Click on "Sent" in the drop-down menu

3. Select "Connection Requests"

4. Select the supplier(s) you want to tag

5. Click on "Manage tags" at the top right

c) To assign tags to registered suppliers

1. Go to "Suppliers" in the main menu section.

2. Click on "Companies" in the drop-down menu.

3. Select the supplier(s) you want to tag.

4. Click on "Manage tags" at the top right.

There are default tags, but you can add custom tags too.

To do this, after selecting the supplier(s) you want to tag and clicking on "Manage Tags":

1. Click "+Add tag" below in the tag list

2. Fill in your custom tag description

3. Click "Save"

4. Click "Apply" below in the tag list

III. Special Tags

1. Tag "My supplier"

The "My Supplier" tag is a user-specific tag. Only the user who assigned it to suppliers can see it in the respective list views. A use case for this is if suppliers are managed by several different people.

2. Tag "Subsidiary"

The "Subsidiary" tag should only be assigned to subsidiaries. It is important to add the tag to these as it is taken into account in the LkSG reporting, for example.
