How to track progress on supplier engagement?

I. To track the progress of sent requests


1. Go to "Insights". 


2. Select "Requests".


3. Select the desired request type from the drop-down list "Request types" in the filter menu on the left.  


You will be shown the number of providers who have responded to your request, rejected it, or have not yet responded. You can click on the chart below the numbers to see the corresponding list of requests/providers.




II. Check if the request emails have been properly sent


  • Go to "Requests" >> "Sent". 
  • Check individual requests by collapsing the request details:
  • Has been forwarded
  • Mail status
  • Automatic reminders active
  • Last reminder sent on
  • Expiration date of the link



Use the following information to enhance the response rate or to get in contact with your suppliers:
