I. Default setting: Automatic email reminders for all pending requests
- Recipients will be notified twice a week Mondays and Thursdays that they have one or more open requests on the platform
- Automatic reminders are sent if the request is due within the next 5 days
- Automatic reminders stop as soon as a recipient completes all open requests or as soon as 5 reminders have been sent (unless you reactivate sending reminders for a request, see below)
II. Activate or deactivate automatic reminders to suppliers
1. Go to "Requests".
2. Click "Sent".
3. Click on the filter "Inactive reminders" in the filter bar.
a. For a reminder activation for single requests:
1. Click on a pending Request to show the details
2. Click on the slider button under "Automatic reminders active"
b. For a bulk reminder activation for multiple requests:
1. Select the requests you want to activate reminders for.
2. Click on "Edit reminders".
3. Click "Activate automatic reminders".
