To send a Supplier Disclosure Request

Please follow the steps from this article: How do I send requests to my suppliers if you need help finding the way to send a request from the platform, as it contains step-by-step instructions. 

Once you have completed all steps and selected "Supplier Disclosure Request" after clicking the "Send Request" button as described in the above article, proceed as follows to submit the request and send it to your suppliers:

Optional steps: 

• Change the due date if necessary (14 days per default).
• Write clear instructions to your suppliers concerning the suppliers of their company to be invited to join the sustainabill platform (see example below).

• Click on "Submit".
  

Note: 
Text passages in yellow should be customized by you.
You may consider translating the instructions into languages relevant to your suppliers and sending the request in different batches for each language.
The instruction text should not exceed 1000 characters.

**INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOUR CUSTOMER**:

Please invite to the sustainabill plattform

[OPTION 1] all the suppliers of your company.
[OPTION 2] suppliers relevant for products your company is supplying to the requesting customer.
[OPTION 3] the following suppliers <Supplier 1 company name> and <Supplier 2 company name>.

Please request your suppliers to also complete the following additional Topics of the *Maturity Assessment*:
* Health and Safety
* Environmental Protection
* Prevention of Corruption

**GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS**:

We strongly recommend you to inform your suppliers separately and in advance about the invitation you are about to send to them.
