The VERSO sustainabill cloud platform is a software product of VERSO GmbH that enables companies to establish a sustainable supply chain by collaborating with suppliers and effectively collecting all required data centrally. 

Suppliers can easily enter their sustainability data and share it with several customers via only a few mouse clicks.

VERSO sustainabill is completely free of charge for suppliers. Customers can send requests to their suppliers, e.g., to sign a code of conduct or to upload a certain certificate. Answering customer requests is straightforward and helps to establish transparency and optimized communication between customers and suppliers. 

In case of questions, our support team provides additional guidance via email.

I. How does the VERSO sustainabill platform work? 

Via the VERSO sustainabill platform, companies can invite their suppliers worldwide to register for an account and provide sustainability information. All data is collected centrally and stored securely on our ISO 27001-certified platform. 

If additional customers ask suppliers for the same data, they can share it with them after accepting their connection request. You always have full control over your data and can change the sharing settings, at any time. 

Sustainabill treats your data with extreme care. All platform servers are hosted in Germany, complying with German data privacy law and GDPR.

II. With whom in my company do I have to talk to get the requested information? 

Depending on the size and sector of your company, this can differ. Typically, departments such as compliance, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or purchasing manage the data needed for the registration process.

III. Are there any costs involved for suppliers? 

For you, as a supplier, there are no costs involved. You can also invite and manage your own suppliers via the sustainabill platform for free.
